What You Will Do:

Complete exterior and interior window cleaning jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle our advanced, lightweight water-fed poles to clean windows up to 6 stories from the ground. It’s about getting those high spots clean without needing a ladder.
Help our business grow by talking to people in the area, hanging door hangers, and letting customers know about the various services we offer.
Take on more than just windows by cleaning gutters, using pressure washers and soft washing, ensuring our clients’ exteriors sparkle—again, all from the ground!
Excel in a team environment—you will be paired with a partner to clean with every day.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training

Compensation:

Salary: $18.00- $31.50 per hour
Additional Pay: Tips, Sales bonuses, $10 for every Google review you collect (some days you will do 10 jobs—this adds up!)
